Bank Email Scam

Hi Everyone, Things like this are a scam.  So please do not respond to anything like this.  It looks correct because it shows "www.bankamerica.com"  however, the underlying link goes to a different web site that is not bank of America.  Banks do not send emails like this one.

Sent: Thursday, September 20, 2007 2:46 PM
Subject: Unauthorized Activity

We recently have determined that different computers have logged onto your Online Banking account, and multiple password failures were present before the logons. We now need you to re-confirm your account information to us.


If this is not completed by September 22, 2007, we will be forced to suspend your account indefinitely, as it may have been used for fraudulent purposes. We thank you for your cooperation in this manner.
